Before she was working with super producers like Nottz, messaging with VA music legends like Pusha T, burning up stages with her sensational live band, and being recognized as the leading alternative R&B force from Virginia, the artist Gee Litt was just Gabby. Gabby grew up in the Green Run neighborhood of Virginia Beach and fell in love with music singing and playing bass guitar in her local church. The name Gee Litt came from her popularity with local music in Green High School and her ability to draw a crowd. By the time Gee was 22 she had built, owned and operated her own recording studio on Virginia Beach blvd, released multiple singles and videos that got the attention of some of Virginia’s most influential music creators who now want to work with the young upcomer, and performed for packed clubs and music venues. Gee Litt pulls from church culture, street culture, black culture and pop music culture to create a unique sound. Now she is a 23 yr old entrepreneur, recording studio owner, sound engineer, cultural influencer, and one of the most popular unsigned singers in VA.  She’s recognized in the 757 and the DMV by her raw lyrics, unique vocal sound, and her glittery silver fronts shining from her infectious smile.
